After you place your order, Your order will be designed by our designers and sent for your approval within 5 days via e-mail. You will see how your custom design looks like in in the attacment image in this mail. It will take 21 business days to receive your neon order after you confirm it. Your custom-made decor will be worth your wait!

Information: Products in the "Custom Wall Art" category that are in the production process (after your approval) and/or shipped are non-refundable, as they are custom made.

Information 2: If the product you ordered from the "Custom Wall Art" category is in the design process, if the design is not liked and a return is requested; 30€ design fee is charged, the remaining fee is refunded.

White Paint Out-Shape Frame. The product is surrounded by a white frame surrounding the neon strip, as in the images, according to the shape of the neon text.
Available Neon Colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Ice Blue, Blue, Pink/Purple, Day Light, White.
Energy-saving LED neon tube is used.
The products work with a 12V 3.8A adapter (included) and have white output cable and Jack plug input.
If you got a damaged product or some delivery problem please contact us. Remember, that we don’t own delivery services and can’t control this process. So, if you have trouble with the time of shipping please check if your product was sent correctly.
